Our 4 season cottage is situated 400m from beautiful Lake Winnipeg and offers year-round enjoyment for families looking for a getaway! Our 3 bedroom cottage has large windows looking out towards the lake area offering beautiful scenery year-round. The front of the cottage includes a kitchen/dinning room, living room and access to the screened-in sunroom. Bedroom one has a queen bed, bedroom two has a bunk bed (full and twin beds), and bedroom three has a twin bed. All bedrooms have ample closet space. There is a hide-a-bed couch in the living room.
the cottage is fully equipped with an electric fireplace, forced-air gas furnace, air conditioning, an ample hot water tank, 3 piece bath, enclosed sun room and a laundry room The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, coffee pot, kettle, toaster and microwave. Complimentary coffee, tea and bottled water are available for your use. We offer free Wifi and a have a smart TV to watch all your streaming services. There are board games, books and magazines to enjoy. There is a DVD player with a selection of movies and TV shows.
an oversized single garage is available for use to store water craft, bikes, etc, in the summer and ice fishing equipment in the winter. The garage is stocked with yard games such as ladder ball, crocket and badminton. There are soccer, volleyball and basketballs, tennis racquets and tennis balls. there are four bikes to use and a wagon to transport whatever you need to the beach!
